NOI Adjustment Worksheet definition

NOI Adjustment Worksheet format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable.
NOI Adjustment Worksheet. A report prepared by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially containing the content described in Exhibit Q-8 attached hereto, presenting the computations made in accordance with the methodology described in said Exhibit Q-8 to "normalize" the full year net operating income and debt service coverage numbers used in the other reports required by this Agreement, sent to the Trustee with each annual operating statement for a Mortgaged Property pursuant to Section 3.13(d).

  • The Master Servicer (but not the Primary Servicer under the Primary Servicing Agreement) shall electronically deliver the CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report, the operating statements, rent rolls, property inspections and NOI Adjustment Worksheet for each Mortgage Loan to the Operating Adviser using the ARCap Naming Convention.

  • The Sub-Servicer shall electronically deliver to the Master Servicer in Microsoft Excel format promptly upon completion, and in any event, at least five (5) Business Days before Master Servicer must deliver or make available such reports, statements and files under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, each CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet and CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report.

More Definitions of NOI Adjustment Worksheet

NOI Adjustment Worksheet means a report prepared by the Master Servicer with respect to all the Mortgage Loans other than Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans and REO Loans, and by the Special Servicer with respect to Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans and REO Loans, containing substantially the information described in Exhibit V attached hereto, presenting the computations made in accordance with the methodology described in Exhibit V to "normalize" the full year-end net operating income or net cash flow and debt service coverage numbers used in the other reports required by this Agreement.
NOI Adjustment Worksheet. A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "NOI Adjustment Worksheet" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be promulgated as recommended by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "NOI Adjustment Worksheet" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, is acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable.
NOI Adjustment Worksheet. A report prepared by the Special Servicer, with respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and REO Loan and by the Master Servicer with respect to each other Mortgage Loan substantially containing the content described in Exhibit T attached hereto, presenting the computations made in accordance with the methodology described in Exhibit T to "normalize" the full year net operating income and debt service coverage numbers used in the other reports required by this Agreement and in accordance with the most recent CMSA standards, as such standards may change from time to time.
