NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The meaning of the words "strike" and "lockout" shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 5.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by the agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union and the Company agree that during the life of this agreement there will be no strikes, lock-outs, slowdown or stoppage of work either complete or partial.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 8.01 The Employer agrees that during the life of the Agreement it will not cause or direct any lock-outs of its employees, and the Union agrees that during the life of the Agreement there will be no strikes or other collective action of employees covered by this Agreement, which will stop or interfere with production or services.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 4.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settlement of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the lifetime of this Agreement, there will be no strike, slowdown or stoppage of or interference with work, either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lockout of employees.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 6.10 There shall be no strikes or lock-outs for the duration of this Agreement, except if the Parties have bargained collectively, pursuant to the Trade Union Act of Nova Scotia, and have failed to conclude revisions to the Collective Agreement.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 28.01 There shall be no strike or lock-out during the currency of this Agreement. The words "strike" and "lock-out" shall be as defined by Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended from time to time.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 4.01 The Union and the employees agree that during the term of this Agreement there shall be no strike.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 7.01 The Union undertakes that there shall be no strike as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 6.1 It is agreed that there shall be no strike, work stoppage, or lock-out, as defined by the Nova Scotia Trade Union Act, unless all the requirements, conditions and limitations specified in the said Act are adhered to.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 5.1 The parties agree that there will be no strikes or lock-outs during the term of this Agreement, strikes and lock-outs to be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
