No Objection means such consent, concurrence, approval or the like to be provided by the Bank and the exercise of such consent, concurrence, approval or the like shall be at the discretion of the Bank.

No Objection means permission to proceed with the intention for contract award; “officer” means a person who is assigned to, or employed by, the Authority;

Such document specifies the Works. "Statement" means a statement submitted by the Contractor as part of an application for a Payment Certificate under Sub-Clause 15.5 [Application for Interim Payment], Sub-Clause 15.9 [Final Payment]. "Taking-Over Certificate" means a certificate issued (or deemed to be issued) by the Engineer in accordance with Clause 11 [Employer's Taking Over].
