No Notice Period definition

No Notice Period means the period during which CHIETA undertakes not to issue a termination notice to the Service Provider and which period shall be the first 3 (three) months of the contract calculated from the effective date, but on condition that the Service Provider is not in breach of any of the conditions of the contract;
No Notice Period stance means the ability of the Client and Agent to terminate representation without a period of notice of termination being enforced.
