No Default Certificate definition

No Default Certificate means the certificate to be delivered on each Certification Date and duly signed by two Authorised Signatories of the Issuer, certifying that no Event of Default has occurred during that Relevant Period and/or is continuing as of the date of the relevant certificate or (if an Event of Default is continuing) the steps, if any, being taken to remedy it.
No Default Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit “D” hereto, fully completed and executed by Borrower.
No Default Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit "F" hereto, fully completed and executed by Borrower.

  • Exhibit "V" to the Agreement (No Default Certificate) is amended to conform in its entirety to Annex "A" to this Amendment.

  • Exhibit "I" to the Agreement (No Default Certificate) is amended to conform in its entirety to Annex "A" to this Amendment.

More Definitions of No Default Certificate

No Default Certificate means a certificate substantially in form of Appendix V hereto.
No Default Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit "I" hereto, fully completed and executed by Borrowers and Guarantor.
