No Custody definition

No Custody. The Sub Advisor shall at no time have the right to physically possess the securities of the Accounts or have such securities registered in its own name. The Sub Advisor shall have no responsibility with respect to the collections or disbursement of monies, reclamation of withheld taxes, physical acquisition or safekeeping of the securities held in the Accounts.
No Custody means that the parent has neither sole or joint legal or physical custody, but has not necessarily had his or her parental rights terminated. The non-custodial parent may or may not have visitation with the child, as provided in a court order or other written agreement.
