No Assignments to the Borrower or Affiliates. Anything in this Section to the contrary notwithstanding, no Lender may assign or participate any interest in any Loan or LC Exposure held by it hereunder to the Borrower or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries without the prior consent of each Lender.

Anything in this Section to the contrary notwithstanding, no Lender may (i) assign or participate any interest in any Commitment or Loan held by it hereunder to the Borrower or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries without the prior consent of each Lender or (ii) assign any interest in any Commitment or Loan held by it hereunder to a natural person or to any Person known by such Lender at the time of such assignment to be a Defaulting Lender, a Subsidiary of a Defaulting Lender or a Person who, upon consummation of such assignment would be a Defaulting Lender.
