No Assignment by Borrower. The Borrower shall not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of each of the Lenders.
No Assignment by Borrower. The Borrower may not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement.
No Assignment by Borrower. Borrower may not assign this Agreement or any of its rights hereunder without the prior written consent of Lender, and without which any such assignment shall be void and of no force or effect.
No Assignment by Borrower. None of Borrower, Owner or the Guarantors shall assign or transfer any of their respective rights or obligations under any of the Loan Documents without the prior written consent of Lender.
No Assignment by Borrower. No assignment hereof shall be made by Borrower without the prior written consent of Lender. Lender may assign, or sell participations and undivided ownership interests in, its rights, title and interest herein and in the Loan Documents at any time hereafter without notice to, or consent from, Borrower.
No Assignment by Borrower. Borrower may not assign any of its rights hereunder without the prior written consent of Bank, and Bank shall not be required to lend hereunder except to Borrower as it presently exists.
No Assignment by Borrower. This Agreement may not be assigned by Borrower without the written consent of Lender, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. If Lender approves an assignment hereof by Borrower, Lender shall be entitled to make Advances to such assignee and such Advances shall be secured by the Loan Documents. Borrower shall remain liable for payment of all sums advanced hereunder before and after such assignment unless otherwise approved in writing by Lender.
No Assignment by Borrower. Except as expressly permitted herein, Borrower shall not assign or transfer any of its rights hereunder without the prior written consent of Lender. Any assignment made without Lender's prior written consent shall be void.
No Assignment by Borrower. The Borrower may not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Lender. Neither the Borrower nor any affiliate of the Borrower may become a Lender or a sub-participant.
No Assignment by Borrower. None of the Borrower Parties may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement or the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and one hundred percent (100%) of the Lenders. Subject to the foregoing, all provisions contained in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and in any document or agreement referred to herein or therein or relating hereto or thereto shall inure to the benefit of the Administrative Agent and each Lender, their respective successors and assigns, and shall be binding upon each of the Borrower Parties and such Person’s successors and assigns.
