No Additional Amounts. No Additional Amounts will be payable with respect to the Notes (notwithstanding any provisions of the Base Indenture with respect to Additional Amount obligations).
No Additional Amounts. In the event that any payment on the Notes is subject to withholding of any U.S. federal income tax or other tax or assessment (whether as a result of a change in law or otherwise), the Company will not pay additional amounts with respect to such tax or assessment.
No Additional Amounts. You acknowledge and agree that, for the mutual benefit of the parties, through advertising and marketing, Company and its Affiliates may seek to attract new Users to Uber and to increase existing Users’ use of Uber’s mobile application. You acknowledge and agree such advertising or marketing does not entitle you to any additional monetary amounts beyond the amounts expressly set forth in this Agreement.
No Additional Amounts. No Additional Amounts shall be payable with respect to the Notes.

You acknowledge and agree such advertising or marketing does not entitle you to any additional monetary amounts beyond the amounts expressly set forth in this Agreement.
