NMCI definition

NMCI has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
NMCI means the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, i.e., the computer network maintained for and on behalf of the United States Navy, the United States Marine Corps and certain other Persons, including certain support contractors providing services to the United States Navy or the United States Marine Corps.

  • Customer Assets means the Customer’s infrastructure, data, software, materials, assets, equipment or other property owned by and/or licensed or leased to the Customer and which is or may be used in connection with the provision of the Services;

  • First-tier subcontract means a subcontract awarded directly by the Contractor for the purpose of acquiring supplies or services (including construction) for performance of a prime contract.   • Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.

  • Customer Group means, collectively, Customer, its parents and Affiliates, its Agents, and its and their respective managing members, general and limited partners, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives.

  • Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

  • Customer Contracts means any Contracts pursuant to which the Company has provided or will provide products or services in connection with the Business.
