If Nisshin presents evidence that its manufacturing cost for the Products has increased, because of significant changes in matters beyond its reasonable control, such as the price of crude fish oil, and that such change has been independently recognized by an industry-recognized credible source, then Amarin and Nisshin will discuss the revision of the aforementioned prices for the Product in good faith.

When Amarin wishes to obtain such Nisshin’s consent, Amarin will provide advance written notification to Nisshin of identity of such third party with the relevant information of the third party.
