CCHCS electronic data stored upon any Provider device must be returned to the CCHCS immediately and the Contractor must certify that CCHCS data is either removed from the Providers devices by degaussing or shredding per National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication Series 800-88 and National Industrial Security Program (NISP) Operating Manual (DOD 5220.22-M) and Clearing and Sanitization Matrix (C&SM) based on NSA/CSS Policy Manual 9-12, “Storage Device Declassification Manual”.

National Industrial Security Program (NISP) was established by Executive Order 12829 to ensure that cleared U.S. defense industry contract personnel safeguard the classified information in their possession while performing work on contracts, programs, bids, or research and development efforts.
The Corporation shall at all times maintain policies and practices to ensure the safeguarding of classified information and controlled unclassified information entrusted to it and the performance of classified contracts and participation in classified programs for the User Agencies in accordance with the Security Agreement (DD Form 441 or its successor form), this Agreement, appropriate contract provisions regarding security, United States export control laws, and the NISP.
Each member of the GSC shall further acknowledge his/her agreement to be bound by, and to accept his/her responsibilities hereunder and acknowledge that the United States Government has placed its reliance on him/her as a United States citizen and as the holder of a personnel security clearance to exercise his/her best efforts to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the NISP.
The purpose of this Agreement is to (i) confirm the Participant’s NISP Allotment, which allotment may be further defined in one or more subsequent allotment contracts between the Enterprise and such Participant; (ii) provide for the acquisition and funding of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Assets; and (iii) define Participant’s pro rata share of and obligation to pay for ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Project Costs.
The ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Participants therefore recognize that they are not acquiring any interest in NISP except as expressly provided in the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Agreements, and that the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Participants are not acquiring under the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Agreements any interest in any future water supply or access to any other services from NISP or the Enterprise except as expressly provided hereunder.
Such resolution may be adopted after the Enterprise Board’s receipt of a written request from all ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Participants to terminate ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ or NISP, or for other financial, legal or practical reasons that would make completion of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ or NISP impracticable as determined by the Enterprise Board.
NISP shall terminate and the process of winding-up of NISP shall be initiated upon the Enterprise Board’s adoption of a resolution of termination.
By entering into this Agreement and accepting payments from the undersigned Participant, the Enterprise does not obligate itself to, nor does the Enterprise warrant that it will, proceed with NISP beyond ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ or that it will construct or operate NISP.
