NIKE Group means NIKE USA, Inc., NIKE Retail Services, Inc. (d/b/a NikeTown), their parent company NIKE, Inc., their licensees, distributors, subsidiaries and any successor company.

Examples of NIKE Group in a sentence

  • I hereby grant the NIKE Group the right to use for the maximum time allowed by the laws, regulations and treaties in force, throughout the world and without any compensation, any photograph, video, image or other recorded media or likeness of me for the purpose of advertising, promotion, or any other commercial purpose in connection with the promotion of the Event or future events, in NIKE campaigns and/or for other NIKE promotional activities.

  • NRBV is a member of the NIKE Group and is responsible for the regional execution of NIKE’s global sales and marketing strategy in its capacity as the distributor of NIKE products throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the Entrant unconditionally agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and reimburse the NIKE Group from and against any claim, sum, costs, damages or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising in connection with any accident, loss or damage arising out of their participation in the Promotion.

  • The Entrant hereby grants to the NIKE Group a perpetual licence to use all comments, feedback and ideas that the Entrant may share with them, without notice, compensation or acknowledgement to me, for any purposes whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services and creating, modifying or improving products and services.

  • Section 2.2(b)(i) of the Employment Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.

Related to NIKE Group

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • DBS Group means any of DBS’s subsidiaries, DBS’s holding company and any subsidiaries of DBS’s holding company;

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • ITT has the meaning given to it in the recitals to this Framework Agreement;

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Broadridge means Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.;

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Dte. GHS means Directorate General and Health Services, MOH&FW.

  • Minority Group means any of the following racial or ethnic groups:

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • CVC means Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd., a New York corporation.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Group the Company and its subsidiaries

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.
