NIH Property definition

NIH Property means that certain real property owned in fee by a Subsidiary of Parent and located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, which property is leased by such Subsidiary principally to the United States Government and the National Institutes of Health as of the Agreement Date.
