  • I agree that if I observe any unusual significant hazard related to an Event, I will remove myself from participation and bring to the attention of NICA said hazard immediately.

  • I further acknowledge that to be effective any changes to the terms of this Agreement (including the fee I pay to participate in the Events) must be approved in a written document signed by the President of NICA.
