NGM Release definition

NGM Release means the release of the Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent in respect of the 65% of the Equity Interests in NGM.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, prior to, or concurrently with, any NGM Restructuring permitted hereunder, and provided that (i) the Borrower has provided a reasonably detailed written request of the Borrower in connection therewith and (ii) the NGM Release Conditions have, or concurrently with the NGM Release shall be, met, the Collateral Agent shall effect the NGM Release.
