NGC Committee definition

NGC Committee means the Nomination, Governance and Compensation Committee of the Board and any replacement or successor committee of the Board that is responsible for, among other things, compensation, nomination and governance matters (including the selection of Nominees, subject to this Agreement and the Other Investor Agreements) or the Board if there is no such committee;
NGC Committee means the Nomination, Governance Committee.
NGC Committee means the nomination, governance, compensation and ESG committee of the Board;
