Newmarket Technical Reports means, collectively, (a) the technical report prepared for the Company by SRK Consulting (Australia) Pty Ltd, entitled “Amended Technical Report Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Maud Creek Gold Project, Northern Territory, Australia” dated May 18, 2016, (b) the technical report prepared for the Company by Xxxx Xxxxxxx, entitled “Report on the Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves of the Northern Territory Operations in the Northern Territory, Australia” dated March 21, 2016, (c) the technical report prepared for the Company by Xxxx Xxxxxx and Ion Xxxx, entitled “Report on the Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves of the Fosterville Gold Mine, Victoria Australia” dated March 21, 2016; and (d) the technical report prepared for the Company by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxx, entitled “Report on the Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves of the Stawell Gold Mine in the State of Victoria, Australia” dated March 16, 2016;

Examples of Newmarket Technical Reports in a sentence

  • Newmarket does not have knowledge of any change to the facts and assumptions underlying the estimates in the Newmarket Technical Reports that would reasonably be expected to result a material adverse change in any production, cost, price, reserves, resources or other relevant information in the Newmarket Technical Report since the date of such reports.

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and

  • Geotechnical report or "geotechnical analysis" means a scientific study or evaluation conducted by a qualified expert that includes a description of the ground and surface hydrology and geology, the affected land form and its susceptibility to mass wasting, erosion, and other geologic hazards or processes, conclusions and recommendations regarding the effect of the proposed development on geologic conditions, the adequacy of the site to be developed, the impacts of the proposed development, alternative approaches to the proposed development, and measures to mitigate potential site-specific and cumulative geological and hydrological impacts of the proposed development, including the potential adverse impacts to adjacent and down-current properties. Geotechnical reports shall conform to accepted technical standards and must be prepared by qualified professional engineers or geologists who have professional expertise about the regional and local shoreline geology and processes.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Research Analyst means any individual employed by Loomis Sayles who has been designated as a Research Analyst or Research Associate by Loomis Sayles. A person is considered a Research Analyst only as to those Covered Securities which he or she is assigned to cover and about which he or she issues research reports to other Investment Persons or otherwise makes recommendations to Investment Persons beyond publishing their research. As to other securities, he or she is simply an Access Person.

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement.   • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • District Engineer means the District Engineer of Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, and Sacramento Area Sewer District, or his designee.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • State archives means the Division of Archives and Records Service created in Section 63A-12-101.
