Newly Established Business definition

Newly Established Business means a business which was not engaged in tobacco retailing within the County of Kern during the immediately preceding permit renewal period.
Newly Established Business means a business in which neither the owner or operator, nor any person from whom the owner or operator acquired the business, engaged during the immediately preceding calendar year. The following shall not be considered newly established businesses:
