New York Metropolitan Area definition

New York Metropolitan Area for purposes of this Agreement shall mean New York City, Westchester County, southern Connecticut or northern New Jersey.
New York Metropolitan Area means the Counties of New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, Richmond, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester in the State of New York and those counties within the State of New Jersey lying north of Mercer and Monmouth Counties;
New York Metropolitan Area means the following geographic areas: (i) New York City, Long Island and the Mid and Lower Xxxxxx Valley, New York; (ii) the cities of Newark, Jersey City, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Edison, New Jersey; (iii) the cities of Bridgeport, New Haven, Stamford, Waterbury, Norwalk and Danbury, Connecticut; and (iv) Northeastern Pennsylvania.
