New Units has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) of this Option.

More Definitions of New Units
New Units means the common units in Reorganized HoldCo to be authorized, issued, or reserved on the Effective Date pursuant to the Plan, in each case, prior to giving effect to the Merger.
