New Surveys definition

New Surveys has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
New Surveys means those surveys of the Properties described on Exhibit H attached hereto which have been ordered by Seller.
New Surveys means the Campground Survey and the Final Survey.

Examples of New Surveys in a sentence

  • Seller shall receive a signed original of the final New Surveys as soon as it is available and in any event, at or prior to Closing.

  • The New Surveys shall be certified to Seller, Buyer, and the Title Company.

  • Buyer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the New Surveys.

  • In the event Buyer commissions new surveys of the Property (the “New Survey”), then Seller shall provide all cooperation reasonably requested by Buyer regarding the preparation of the New Surveys.

  • The AMMC officially launched the accreditation process for market professionals and, as of June 2019, is in the process of reviewing applications for certifications.

  • At Purchaser's request, Sellers have ordered new or updated surveys for the Properties (the "New Surveys", and together with the Existing Surveys, the "Surveys").

  • Purchaser and the Sellers shall split evenly the costs for the New Surveys.

More Definitions of New Surveys

New Surveys shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
New Surveys has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.19.
New Surveys means updates of Existing Surveys or new surveys of portions of Real Property obtained by either Purchaser or Seller, at Purchaser’s request.

Related to New Surveys

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Title Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Land surveyor means the land surveyor appointed by the Seller, to act as such from time to time in respect of the Development or a member of a firm so appointed.

  • Surveys has the meaning set forth in Section 4(o) above.

  • Title Page means, for a printed book, the title page itself, plus such following pages as are needed to hold, legibly, the material this License requires to appear in the title page. For works in formats which do not have any title page as such, “Title Page” means the text near the most prominent appearance of the work’s title, preceding the beginning of the body of the text.

  • Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

  • Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.

  • Quantity Surveyor means the quantity surveyor appointed by the Seller for the purposes of the Development;

  • Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.

  • Title Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.

  • Preliminary Title Report A report issued by a title insurance company in anticipation of issuing a Title Insurance policy which evidences existing liens and gives a preliminary opinion as to the absence of any encumbrance on title to a Mortgaged Property, except liens to be removed on or before purchase or refinance, as the case may be, by the Borrower and Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Design-Build Firm means a partnership, corporation or other legal entity that:

  • Environmental Reports means each and every “Phase I Environmental Site Assessment” (and, if applicable, “Phase II Environment Site Assessment”) as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-2000 and an asbestos survey, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, prepared by one or more Environmental Auditors and delivered to Lender and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.

  • Real Property Deliverables means each of the following agreements, instruments and other documents in respect of each Facility:

  • Title Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17.

  • Quality Surveillance Engineer / Inspector means any person appointed by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect or carry out quality surveillance on supplies, stores or work under the Contract or any person deputed by the Quality Surveillance Engineer for the said purpose.

  • Existing Title Policy means, the existing title insurance policy for the Property.

  • Title Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Title IX means 20 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1688 and the implementing regulations.

  • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Owner’s Title Policy means those certain ALTA extended coverage owner’s policies of title insurance issued in connection with the closing of the Mortgage Loan insuring the Mortgage Borrower as the owner of the Property.

  • Architect/Engineer or “A/E” means the Person identified in the Agreement responsible for providing professional design services and construction contract administration for the Project. The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • County Engineer means the holder of the statutory office of County Engineer for Harris County or the employee designated by the County Engineer to perform a task required by these Regulations.

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.
