New Production Service(s) definition

New Production Service(s) has the meaning given in Section 3.7(a).
New Production Service(s) means functions RCSI requests First Data to perform under this Agreement that are (i) materially different from, and in addition to, the Production Services then being provided under this Agreement and (ii) not Services or New Services (as defined in the TSA) under the TSA. Subject to Section 3.7(b), RCSI will notify First Data if RCSI desires to acquire additional services which would constitute New Production Services. Within *** Business Days following the date of such notification, First Data will provide RCSI with a quote for one-time development and ongoing service fees (or revised Schedule C charges) for such functions which take into account (A) the existing volume of business between First Data and RCSI, and (B) the elimination or modification of Production Services and related tasks which would be replaced or changed by the proposed New Production Services. Such proposed charges shall *** (a) *** such New Production Services as provided in *** and (b) *** for such New Production Services ***. Upon receipt of such quote, RCSI may elect to have First Data implement and perform such services, at which point such services will be deemed Production Services and shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement. Examples of New Production Service(s) in a sentence

  • Except for those services that FDR has previously notified RCSI that FDR believes constitute New Services or New Production Services as described in Section 3 and Section 4 of this letter agreement, FDR agrees that no other portion of the Services being provided under the PSA or the F AAR TSA on or before August 1, 2006 constitute New Services or New Production Services.

  • Except for those services that FDR has previously notified RCSI that FDR believes constitute New Services or New Production Services as described in Section 3 and Section 4 of this letter agreement, FDR waives and releases any claims related to New Services and New Production Services in use on or before Aug.

  • Production Services or New Production Services provided from or to locations outside the continental United States or (with respect to Canadian Production Services) Canada may require new service definitions and/or charges to be created by mutual agreement of the Parties in their sole discretion (and corresponding amendment to this Agreement).

  • If RCSI requests Production Services (other than New Production Services) that are not expressly set forth in Schedule C-1, C-2, or C-4, and are not otherwise identified in this Schedule C as having a separate associated fee, such Production Services shall be deemed to be included in the Production Services described in Schedule A.

  • The charges provided in Exhibits C-1, C-2 and C-4, Sections 2.2, 3, and 9 provide an exclusive list (except for New Production Services) of print and mail services for Statements and Letters and embossing services for Transaction Cards and the associated charges therefore that RCSI may elect to obtain from First Data during the Term.

  • Changes in the Production Services pursuant to this Section 3.6 will not be considered New Production Services unless they otherwise qualify as such in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.7, but will be subject to the Change Control Procedure, as applicable.

Related to New Production Service(s)

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • engineering services means infrastructure for –

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Preconstruction services means services and other activities during the design phase.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.
