New Portfolios. The Trust hereby includes the AXA/Horizon Small Cap Value Portfolio, AXA/Lord Xxxxxx Micro Cap Portfolio, AXA/Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Small Cap Growth Portfolio and AXA/Pacific Global Small Cap Value Portfolio in the Agreement from and after the date hereof for all purposes on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
New Portfolios. The Trust and the Distributor have determined to add the new Multimanager Small Cap Growth Portfolio and Multimanager Small Cap Value Portfolio (the “New Portfolios”) to the Agreement on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.

The AXA Target Allocation 2015 Portfolio, AXA Target Allocation 2025 Portfolio, AXA Target Allocation 2035 Portfolio and AXA Target Allocation 2045 Portfolio, (“New Portfolios”) shall be included as Portfolios in the Agreement from and after the date hereof for all purposes on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
New Portfolios. The Trust hereby authorizes MID to participate in the distribution of Class E shares of the following new portfolio ("New Portfolio") on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement: Rainier Large Cap Equity Portfolio
