New Media Rights means any form of exhibition, broadcast, telecast, transmission or similar (i) by the Internet, (ii) by Mobile/Wireless Technology, (Hi) by any and all media which provides for or incorporates elements of viewer response or other interactivity including Video On Demand which advertise or incorporate any teletext services, quizzes, competitions, any interactive games or provide for any direct response or interactive service, and (iv) by any other telecommunications system or digital based service or any present or future system performing a similar function to any of (i), (ii) or (iii);
