New hire registry definition

New hire registry means the centralized new hire registry created in Section 35A-7-103.

  • Share Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Trust by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the APS.

  • International Registry means the international registry established pursuant to the Cape Town Treaty.

  • National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.

  • National Register of Historic Places means the list of districts, sites, buildings, structures, and objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering and culture, authorized by the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, and administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The list of Properties on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida is available from the Division.

  • Registered Charity means a charitable organization which is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency as a registered charity and listed in the attached link, which may be updated from time to time: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/chrts-gvng/lstngs/menu-eng.html.

  • Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-­‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.

  • PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under section 147 of the PPSA. PPSA means the Personal Property Securities Xxx 0000 (Cth).

  • Central registry means the system maintained at the department that is used to keep a record of all reports filed with the department under this act in which relevant and accurate evidence of child abuse or child neglect is found to exist.

  • Registers “registered,” and “registration” refer to a registration effected by preparing and filing a Registration Statement or similar document in compliance with the Securities Act, and the declaration or ordering of effectiveness of such Registration Statement or document by the SEC.

  • Central Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.

  • deeds registry means a deeds registry as defined in section 102 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);

  • First Source Register means the DOES Automated Applicant Files, which consists of the names of District of Columbia residents registered with DOES.

  • Registered dietitian means a person who shall be both:
