New Eligible Employee definition

New Eligible Employee means an employee of the Company who becomes an Eligible Employee on or after January 11, 2013; provided, however, that any Participant who was an Eligible Employee while in the employ of Old LMC prior to January 11, 2013 will not be considered a New Eligible Employee by reason of becoming an employee of the Company as a consequence of the 2013 Spin-Off.

More Definitions of New Eligible Employee

New Eligible Employee means an employee of the Company who becomes an Eligible Employee on or after January 1, 2007.
