New Common definition

New Common means the shares of Reorganized Debtor's common stock to be issued pursuant to the Plan.
New Common means the shares of new common stock to be issued by the Company pursuant to the Reorganization Plan.
New Common means the common stock, $.01 par value per share, of Newco.
