New Commitment Termination Date shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.11(a).

New Commitment Termination Date means the first to occur of (x) the date of the consummation of the Samas OS Business Acquisition (after giving effect thereto) or (y) April 30, 2001, provided, however, in the event that on April 30, 2001, the consummation of the Samas OS Business Acquisition has not occurred and all conditions precedent to such consummation of the Samas OS Business Acquisition as set forth in the Samas OS Business Acquisition Documents shall be capable of being satisfied to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent (without giving effect to any waiver thereto except with the consent of the Administrative Agent) other than such conditions precedent relating to the receipt of any and all required governmental and regulatory consents and court orders, then the "April 30, 2001" date first referenced above in this clause (y) shall be extended until the earlier to occur of (i) June 29, 2001 and (ii) the date occurring 10 Business Days subsequent to the date on which any and all such required governmental and regulatory consents and court orders shall have been obtained.

Related to New Commitment Termination Date

  • Commitment Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the Maturity Date and (b) the earlier termination in whole of the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.04 or Article VII.

  • Term Loan Commitment Termination Date means with respect to the Tranche B Term Loans, the date which is the earlier to occur of (x) the date which is seven years after the Third Restatement Date and (y) the first date on which all undrawn Term Loan Commitments have been terminated or reduced to zero pursuant to the terms hereof.
