New Certificates of Incorporation definition

New Certificates of Incorporation means the certificates of incorporation, certificates of formation, or functional equivalent thereof, as applicable, of each of the Reorganized Debtors, the form of which shall be included in the Plan Supplement, and subject to Article 6.12 hereof.
New Certificates of Incorporation means the form of the certificates of incorporation of Reorganized Revel and the Reorganized Debtors, which forms shall be included in the Plan Supplement.
New Certificates of Incorporation means the certificates of incorporation, certificates of formation, or functionally equivalent document, as applicable, of each of the Reorganized Debtors, the form of which shall be included in the Plan Supplement, in form and substance consistent with, and subject to, the Plan Sponsor Agreement.
