New Cars definition

New Cars shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
New Cars means all new, non-registered, untitled, unreported 2021 and newer model year automobiles which are undamaged or have been repaired, but had damage below the threshold required to be reported under applicable State Law, none of which is frame damage, for each such automobile which (i) are in the New Car Entity’s inventory, and (ii) having less than 5,000 miles on the odometer as of the Measurement Time.
New Cars means vehicles that are unregistered and meet state requirements to be sold as a new vehicle and not reported as sold to the factory.

Related to New Cars

  • Participating Carrier means any other carrier by water, land or air, performing any stage of the Carriage, including inland and coastal carriers, whether acting as sub-carrier, connecting carrier, substitute carrier or bailee.

  • CRS means the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information approved on 15 July 2014 by the Council of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, also known as the Common Reporting Standard, and any bilateral or multilateral competent authority agreements, intergovernmental agreements and treaties, laws, regulations, official guidance or other instrument facilitating the implementation thereof and any law implementing the Common Reporting Standard;

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • DCC means the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Bidder/Channel Partner means an eligible entity/firm submitting the Bid in response to this RFP.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.
