Network Marketing Company definition

Network Marketing Company means any business, company, corporation, partnership or enterprise engaged in the business of the sale of food products, nutritional supplements, functional foods or personal or skin care products through a network of independent distributors who receive compensation, in part, based upon the volume of sales or purchases of distributors sponsored by them or their sponsored distributors.
