  • Company shall not prevent the End User from accepting the relevant terms of service prior to enabling Network Location Provider or any application making use of Network Location Provider.

  • If the new Covered Machines can be serviced by an existing ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Network Location and the aggregate number of Covered Machines being added does not exceed 10, Client will provide ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo fourteen calendar days’ prior written notice of the change.

  • In the event that any applicable ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Network Location cannot supply a Client with the volume of adequate Cash required to meet each Cash order for the Covered Machines, ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain from other sources as much of such Cash as is practicable to fill Client’s order.

  • The value of the Cash set forth in such shipping document that accompanies the release by the applicable ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Network Location of any sealed or locked bag shall be conclusively deemed the amount of the Cash invoiced.

  • Client will respond in writing to ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo within 10 Business Days, either approving or rejecting the proposed ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Network Location for the proposed Covered Machine(s) and describing the reasons for a rejection.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, as between ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo and Client, Client expressly assumes and agrees to indemnify ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo for any and all liability with respect to a Cash shortage, or loss, theft, disappearance, robbery, or destruction of any of the Cash during the time the same is (or should be) in the possession of an Armored Carrier until it is returned to a ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Network Location.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that CLEC or Qwest, as appropriate, owns, leases or licenses, or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement. Terms not otherwise defined here but defined in the Act and the orders and the rules implementing the Act, shall have the meaning defined there. The definition of terms that are included here and are also defined in the Act, or its implementing orders or rules, are intended to include the definition as set forth in the Act and the rules implementing the Act.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
