The Parties agree to return any unused funds to the Network Host, for return to SSHRC at the end of the grant period.
In the event that the Granting Agencies are not so satisfied, they may not approve future instalments of the Grant and they shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by delivering written notice of such termination to the Network Host and the Network.
The Network Host and the Network will enter into a separate agreement upon which the Network Host will administer funds for the Network (the “Network Host Agreement”).
