Network Host definition

Network Host means <enter name of Network Host> a Canadian university or post-secondary institution with a mandate for research and their affiliated institutions (including hospitals, research institutes and/or other not-for-profit organizations) that houses the Administrative Centre and has signed this agreement.
Network Host or "Network Server" means a single computing system that runs Host Software to permit access by Client Software located either on the Network Host or remotely over a Communications Network.

More Definitions of Network Host

Network Host or "Network Server" means the single computing device on which Host Software executed. Use on additional devices or on a device having more than the number of processing unit(s) identified in the associated Documentation is prohibited. If the Documentation does not reference multiple processing units, use of the Software is limited to one processing unit.
Network Host means the Participating Institution or other organization that houses the Administrative Centre and that has signed the Funding Agreement.

A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.
