Network Gateway Services definition

Network Gateway Services means Vendor’s service for facilitating the routing and receiving Customer, Cardholder and Terminal Transaction authorization requests and settlement records for Customer’s selected Networks and other endpoints as supported by Vendor. Support includes provision of processor interfaces to support such routing and settlement, as agreed by the parties and subject to agreement with the applicable Network/processor/endpoint. Network Gateway Services shall also include Surcharge Free Access.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.
