Net Unit Price definition

Net Unit Price shall refer to the price after all discounts, rebates, etc., have been allowed. “New York State Procurement (NYSPro)” shall refer to the division of the New York State Office of General Services which is authorized by law to issue centralized, statewide Contracts for use by New York agencies, political subdivisions, schools, libraries and others authorized by law to participate in such Contracts.
Net Unit Price shall refer to the Net Price per unit as specified by a bidder in Attachment 1Price Pages of IFB #22563. “New York State Procurement (NYSPro)” shall refer to the division of the New York State Office of General Services which is authorized by law to issue centralized, statewide Contracts for use by New York agencies, political subdivisions, schools, libraries and others authorized by law to participate in such Contracts. “NYS Vendor File” A centralized repository to maintain timely and reliable information on all Contractors registered to do business with the State. The Office of the State Comptroller’s Bureau of State Expenditures created the Vendor Management Unit (VMU) to manage this file.
Net Unit Price means the Gross Unit Price less an amount equal to 8% of the Gross Unit Price (equivalent to Sales Commissions) for each Unit or fraction thereof purchased by an Affiliated Limited Partner.

  • Net Unit Price for replacement items shall be equal to or less than the Net Unit Price of the item being replaced.

  • The monthly subscription fees for the Hosted Services are based on the quantity of the Committed Usage multiplied by the Net Unit Price (the “Net Unit Price”) described in the Services Order for each Hosted Service Product (the “Monthly Subscription Fees”).

  • Sales Commissions shall be paid by the Partnership to the Dealer-Manager, all of which the Dealer-Manager will reallow to the Selling Dealers for the respective Units sold by each of them at the Gross Unit Price, but no Sales Commissions shall be payable by the Partnership for any Units sold at a Net Unit Price or the Distribution Investment Unit Price.

  • In particular, the purchase price of these additional Units shall be the same price the Limited Partner paid for his original Units, either the Gross Unit Price or the Net Unit Price.

  • Above such minimum purchase requirements, Limited Partners may subscribe for additional Units or fractions thereof equal to 1/10,000th of a Unit or any multiple thereof (unless prohibited by applicable law) at the Gross Unit Price, Net Unit Price or Gross Unit Price less Volume Discount, whichever shall be applicable.

  • Limited Partners may subscribe for additional Units at the Gross Unit Price or Net Unit Price, whichever shall be applicable.
