Net Settlement Payment definition

Net Settlement Payment means (a) in the event that the Total Settlement Demand Amount is funded as of the Effective Date, the Total Settlement Demand Amount less the Professional Fee Hold-Back; and (b) in the event that the Partial Settlement Option is jointly elected by the Debtor and the Survivors’ Committee, all payments received from a Partial Settlement Option Accepted Party less the Professional Fee Hold-Back.‌
Net Settlement Payment means the Settlement Payment less the Escrow Expenses (as defined below) and the Fee Award (as defined below).
Net Settlement Payment means the Gross Settlement Payment to each Participating Class Member, less applicable income and payroll taxes deducted and reported to the IRS by the Claims Administrator.

Net Settlement Payment means the Total Settlement Demand Amount less the Twistars Payment and the Professional Fee Hold-Back.‌

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund less: (i) any Taxes;

  • Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.

  • CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means $500,000,000 as amended or modified in accordance with Appendix E.
