Net Settlement Funds definition

Net Settlement Funds means, for each class action identified in paragraph 1, the aggregate of the Settlement Amounts recovered pursuant to the Settlement Agreements, plus accrued interest, less:

• The Claims Administrator shall take all reasonable steps to minimize the imposition of taxes upon the Net Settlement Funds while held in trust and shall pay any taxes imposed on such monies while held in trust out of the Net Settlement Funds.

More Definitions of Net Settlement Funds

Net Settlement Funds means the Net Settlement Funds - Fixed and the Net Settlement Funds - Claimable;

Net Settlement Funds means those funds which are to be transferred by the Member to the Payment Facilitator Bank Account/s and which comprise the amounts received by the Member from the Card Schemes less Adjustments due by the Payment Facilitator or Sub-Merchant under this Agreement or the Card Scheme Rules;
