Net Revenue Target definition

Net Revenue Target means $ *** .
Net Revenue Target means (i) if the Closing Date occurs on or prior to September 28, 2018, an amount equal to $84,475,922 or (ii) if the Closing Date occurs on or after September 29, 2018, an amount equal to $90,080,000.
Net Revenue Target means, for each Measuring Period, the amount set forth on Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Net Revenue Target

Net Revenue Target means $41,200,000, less the amount of actual fees charged by Parent to the Company Group for purchases of inventory through Parent’s exchange during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, up to a maximum amount of $3,000,000 (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include: (A) any seller fees charged by Parent to a third-party for the Company Group’s inventory; or (B) any fees charged to the Company Group for purchases of inventory through an exchange other than Parent’s exchange), calculated in accordance with GAAP (as modified by the Company’s accounting practices disclosed in Section 3.6(b) of the Disclosure Schedule).
Net Revenue Target means the sum of the dollar amounts listed on Schedule 2.5 as the “Net Revenue Target” for each corresponding full calendar month during the Earn-Out Period.
Net Revenue Target means each of the Year 1 Net Revenue Target, Year 2 Net Revenue Target and Year 3 Net Revenue Target.
