Net Rentable Square Feet definition

Net Rentable Square Feet and "net rentable square feet" shall be calculated in accordance with the method of measuring net rentable area as described in the Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI Z65.1-1996, as promulgated by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
Net Rentable Square Feet and "NET RENTABLE SQUARE FEET" means the net rentable square feet of the Project (245, 650 s.f.), or applicable portion thereof, calculated in the same manner as in the appraisal of the Project obtained by Lender in connection with the closing of the Loan.
