Aggregate Remaining Net Positive Adjustments means, as of the end of any taxable period, the sum of the Remaining Net Positive Adjustments of all the Partners.
Fixed Rate Period Remaining Life means, with respect to any Debenture, the period from the Special Redemption Date for such Debenture to the Interest Payment Date in December 2010.
Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and
Remaining Weighted Average Life of an Equipment Note, at the redemption date of such Equipment Note, means the number of days equal to the quotient obtained by dividing: (i) the sum of the products obtained by multiplying (A) the amount of each then remaining installment of principal, including the payment due on the maturity date of such Equipment Note, by (B) the number of days from and including the redemption date to but excluding the scheduled Payment Date of such principal installment by (ii) the then unpaid principal amount of such Equipment Note.
Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.
Remaining Excess Spread With respect to any Distribution Date, the Excess Spread less any Extra Principal Distribution Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date.
Early achievers means a program that improves the quality of early learning programs and supports and rewards providers for their participation.
Remaining Present Value means, as of any date with respect to any lease, the present value as of such date of the scheduled future lease payments with respect to such lease, determined with a discount rate equal to a market rate of interest for such lease reasonably determined at the time such lease was entered into.
Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.
Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.
Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.
Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.5(d)(i);
Acquisition Period means any period commencing on the date that a Material Acquisition is consummated through and including the last day of the second full fiscal quarter following the date on which such acquisition is consummated; provided that there shall be at least one full fiscal quarter between any two Acquisition Periods.
Remaining Average Life means, with respect to any Called Principal, the number of years (calculated to the nearest one-twelfth year) obtained by dividing (i) such Called Principal into (ii) the sum of the products obtained by multiplying (a) the principal component of each Remaining Scheduled Payment with respect to such Called Principal by (b) the number of years (calculated to the nearest one-twelfth year) that will elapse between the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal and the scheduled due date of such Remaining Scheduled Payment.
Remaining Term means the remaining period in the term of this Agreement had the Agreement not been terminated (rounded to nearest month), up to a maximum of twenty (20) years.
Remaining Life means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed, the remaining term of such Notes, calculated as if the maturity date of such Notes were the Par Call Date.
Ultimate Net Loss as used herein is defined as the sum or sums (including loss in excess of policy limits, extra contractual obligations and loss adjustment expense, as hereinafter defined) paid or payable by the Company in settlement of claims and in satisfaction of judgments rendered on account of such claims, after deduction of all salvage, all recoveries and all claims on inuring insurance or reinsurance, whether collectible or not. Nothing herein shall be construed to mean that losses under this Contract are not recoverable until the Company's ultimate net loss has been ascertained.
Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.
Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.
Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).
Adjusted Total turnover means the turnover in a State or a Union territory, as defined under sub-section (112) of section 2, excluding the value of exempt supplies other than zero-rated supplies, during the relevant period;
Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.
Prior Year means the year commencing 1 April immediately prior to the relevant Charging Year;
Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.
Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.
Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.
