Net Electric Energy definition

Net Electric Energy the gross amount of electric energy generated by the Facility at Xxxxxxxx' direction, less station service requirements and any transformation and transmission line losses to the Electric Delivery Point and delivered by Seller to the Host Utility's electric system at the Electric Delivery Point.
Net Electric Energy is defined in Exhibit J.
Net Electric Energy means, at any time, one hundred percent (100%) of the electric energy generated by the Project by means of wind generation delivered to the Point of Interconnection. For clarity, Net Electric Energy shall not include electric energy used in the operation of the Project or electrical losses up to the Point of Interconnection.
