Examples of Net Distributions in a sentence
The Capital Account of a Member shall be: (i) credited with: (x) such Member’s initial capital contribution, (y) allocations of Net Profits to such Member, and (z) additional capital contributions made by such Member, including, without limitation, Capital Expenditures, and (ii) decreased by: (x) allocations of Net Losses to such Member, and (y) distributions to such Member of Capital Expenditure Distribution Amounts or Net Distributions.
Each Consenting Beneficiary releases, and (if applicable) reassigns, or agrees to procure such release or reassignment of, any Security Interest or other encumbrance or assignment which was created or made in its favour that would or might prevent or restrict any Net Distributions or Permitted Deductions, the creation or payment out of any Reserve or the sale of any Trust Financial Asset.
At any time after the granting of such waiver, but not more often than once a year, the Trustee may make a written request for a supplemental report (in form reasonably acceptable to the Trustee) from such insurance advisor(s) updating the prior report and reaffirming the conclusions set forth therein.
Further, Manager shall, in accordance with Section 7(a)(iii), make the appropriate adjustments to future monthly Net Distributions to Owner, and/or Manager or Owner shall make such payments, as are necessary to implement the adjustments for such quarter as to recalculated.
If any Net Distributions are not made directly to the Master Collateral Account, such amounts shall be held by Borrower IN TRUST for Lender and shall forthwith (but not more than three (3) Business Days after receipt thereof) be paid over to the Master Collateral Account in the form received (except for any necessary endorsements).
