Net Cash Capital Expenditures definition

Net Cash Capital Expenditures means, with respect to any period of determination, Borrowers’ and their Domestic Subsidiariesaggregate Capital Expenditures during such period as determined in accordance with GAAP less the sum of (a) cash received from customers as underwriting of such Capital Expenditures during such period of determination and (b) the amount of non-monetary exchanges of seismic data accounted for as Capital Expenditures in accordance with GAAP during the applicable period of determination, in each case as approved by Lender in its Permitted Discretion.
Net Cash Capital Expenditures means, for any period, Capital Expenditures, less all non-cash Capital Expenditures, less the portion of Capital Expenditures attributable to customer cash underwriting consistent with the financial statements of the Borrower.
