Net Capital Contribution definition

Net Capital Contribution means an amount equal to a Partner's paid-in Capital Contribution, less the aggregate amount of cash distributions, if any, made to such Partner hereunder.
Net Capital Contribution of any Member shall be equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Capital Contributions of such Member based on $5,000 per Unit over (ii) the aggregate Distributions to such Member.
Net Capital Contribution means the Member's Capital Contribution minus fees or expenses, if any.

Net Capital Contribution means the net proceeds raised by the Trust or Partnership under the respective Trust Offering or Partnership Offering in respect of a Unit being redeemed by a Trust Unitholder or Limited partner, as the case may be, being the Gross Proceeds from the issuance of such Unit less the Selling Commissions and Offering Costs paid on or attributable to such Unit;
