NEPOOL Rules definition

NEPOOL Rules means all rules adopted by NEPOOL or the ISO, as such rules may be amended, modified, supplemented or superseded and restated from time to time, including but not limited to, the NEPOOL Agreement, the ISO Tariff, the ISO New England Operating Documents, the Transmission Operating Agreement, the Participants Agreement, the NEPOOL Manuals, and the NEPOOL Operating Procedures, as amended, superseded or restated from time to time.
NEPOOL Rules means all rules adopted by NEPOOL or ISO-NE, as such rules may be amended, modified, supplemented or superseded and restated from time to time, including but not limited to, the NEPOOL Agreement, the ISO Tariff, the ISO New England Operating Documents, the Transmission Operating Agreement, the Participants Agreement, the NEPOOL Manuals, and the NEPOOL Operating Procedures, as amended, superseded or restated from time to time.
NEPOOL Rules means the terms of the Restated NEPOOL Agreement, the NEPOOL ISO-NE Agreement, the NEPOOL Tariff and the ISO-NE Tariff and the NEPOOL Market Rules.

More Definitions of NEPOOL Rules

NEPOOL Rules means the market rules and operating procedures of either NEPOOL or the ISO filed with and, if necessary, accepted or approved by, the Commission, as in effect from time to time.
NEPOOL Rules means NEPOOL System Rules, as defined in the Restated New England Power Pool Agreement, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • M&A Rules means the Provisions on Merging and Acquiring Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors, which was promulgated by six Governmental Agencies, namely, the Ministry of Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the State Administration for Taxation, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the “CSRC”), and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, on August 8, 2006 and became effective on September 8, 2006, as amended by the Ministry of Commerce on June 22, 2009.

  • House Rules means written and posted rules governing house activities in the AFH-DD. These rules may not conflict with the AFH Bill of Rights.
