NEO Aircraft definition

NEO Aircraft means an Aircraft incorporating the New Engine Option. New Engine Option or NEO – as defined in Clause 2.1.
NEO Aircraft means, as the context may require, any or all Airbus A319 NEO Aircraft, A320 NEO Aircraft and A321 NEO Aircraft.
NEO Aircraft means individually or collectively an A320 NEO Aircraft or an A321 NEO Aircraft NEO Standard Specification means individually or collectively the A320 NEO Standard Specification or the A321 NEO Standard Specification, as applicable.

  • The Guarantees are exclusive and are provided in lieu of any and all other performance and weight guarantees of any nature which may be stated, referenced or incorporated in the Specification or any other document with the exception of the A320 Family NEO Aircraft Performance Retention Guarantee.

  • The specification of the NEO Aircraft shall be derived from the current Standard Specification and based on the new Propulsion Systems, as set forth in Clause 2.3 below, and Sharklets, combined with the required airframe structural adaptations, as well as Aircraft systems and software adaptations required to operate such NEO Aircraft.

  • A320 Family NEO Base Period – as defined in Clause 3.1.1.4. More Definitions of NEO Aircraft

NEO Aircraft means the respective Aircraft including the relevant New Engine Option.
NEO Aircraft means an Aircraft incorporating the New Engine Option. New Engine Option has the meaning set forth in Clause 2.3 hereof. Inexcusable Delay has the meaning set out in Clause 11.1. Operator- any operator of an Aircraft following Delivery hereunder. Propulsion Systems – for the A319 NEO Aircraft, the A320 NEO Aircraft and the A321 NEO Aircraft, any of (i) the set of two (2) CFMI LEAP-X series engines, including associated standard equipment, installed on such Aircraft on delivery or (ii) the set of two (2) PW1100G series engines including associated standard equipment, installed on such Aircraft on Delivery, in each case as set out in sub-Clause 2.4 hereof and selected as per sub-Clause 4.1.4 hereof.
NEO Aircraft means individually or collectively, an A319 NEO, A320 NEO or an A321 NEO. Irrevocable SCNs: means the list of SCNs, which are irrevocably part of the NEO Aircraft specifications, as expressly set forth in Appendix 1 through 3 of Exhibit B2 to Amendment No.9 of this Agreement.

  • New Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Boeing means The Boeing Company.

  • APU means the auxiliary power unit of the Aircraft.
