Neighbourhood means a clearly defined locality, with reference to its physical layout, character or inhabitants ;
Neighbourhood means a Mohallah, a group of streets, lanes or roads, designated by Tehsil Municipal Administration, Town Municipal Administration to be the Neighbourhood;
