Neighborhood Services means services designated in a Supplemental Declaration as being for the sole or primary benefit of the Unit Owners and Residents of a particular part of the Community, Including the maintenance, management, operation, repair and replacement of Limited Common Elements and all Improvements thereon within a Neighborhood Assessment Area.

Neighborhood Services means a building or portion of a building constructed or undergoing a change of use for use by businesses providing services rendered to the local population, including: cleaning establishments, dance instruction, grooming parlors, gymnasiums, health clubs, licensed practitioners, martial arts instruction, medical clinics, and personal services.
