Negotiated Service definition

Negotiated Service means a Network Service of the type described in section 2.4 of this Access Arrangement.
Negotiated Service means a service for the transportation of gas on terms and conditions different to those of a Reference Service.
Negotiated Service means a Network Service of the type described in Section 2.5 of this Access Arrangement. ‘NERL’ means the National Energy Retail Law. ‘NERR’ means the National Energy Retail Rules. ‘Net Financing Cost’, in relation to an extension or expansion, means the surplus of the estimated conforming capital expenditure in relation to, and the operating expenditure (complying with Section 91 of the Rules) in respect of, the extension or expansion within the Access Arrangement Period in which the extension or expansion commenced over the present value of the estimated incremental revenue that would be derived directly from the extension or expansion within that period. ‘Network’ means the distribution mains that are the subject of this Access Arrangement from time to time, together with inlets, regulators, Metering Installations, pipes and all ancillary equipment. In an Agreement where the Service Provider is AGN (Vic), it means the part of the Network which is located within the State of Victoria and, in an Agreement where the Service Provider is AGN (Allbury), it means the part of the Network which is located within the State of New South Wales. ‘Network Day’ means a period of 24 consecutive hours that commences at 6:00am Eastern Standard Time.
